Thank you for submitting your interest form for our Literati Book Fair! 📚💛 We are so grateful that you are willing to share your time and help make this experience special for our Bees.
Please remember that submitting this form does not guarantee a volunteer spot. Volunteer spaces are limited, and selections will be made as outlined in the form. If selected, you will receive an email from the PTA confirming your volunteer date and time.
🐝 Before You Can Volunteer
Please note: In order to volunteer through the PTA, you must be a current PTA member.
All school volunteers must also be cleared through Miami-Dade County Public Schools before volunteering on campus.
Before your confirmed volunteer shift, you must:
- Complete the M-DCPS/Raptor Volunteer Application
- Receive your approval by email
- Visit the school's front office with a valid ID at least 24 hours prior to your volunteer date
- Email proof of your volunteer clearance to [email protected]
- Purchase your Volunteer T-Shirt — you may wait until you receive confirmation that you have been selected to volunteer before purchasing your shirt
Volunteer clearance must be renewed every school year. Obtaining a Level 1 volunteer clearance is free of charge.
